Tarinamme
Intohimonamme on valmistaa selkeätä, laadukasta ja korkeatasoista ruokaa hyvistä raaka-aineista. Kala, liha ja riista ovat aina hyvin edustettuina listoillamme. "Kalan kysyntä on kasvanut tasaisesti viimevuosina ja olemme pyrkineet vastaamaan tähän lisäämällä kotimaisen ja lähialueilta tuotetun kalan tarjontaa listallamme." Tilauksesta toteutamme myös erilaiset tilaukset ja juhlamenut toiveidenne mukaan.
Tausta
Ravintola Raatihuoneen Kellari sijaitsee keskellä historiallista kivi-Poria, vuonna 1841 valmistuneen C.L. Engelin suunnitteleman Porin Raatihuoneen kellarissa, tunnelmallisten tiiliholvien alla. Kesäisin pihalla palvelee idyllinen kesäterassimme ja heinäkuun SuomiAreena ja Jazz-viikolla laajennamme terassin palvelemaan kaupunkiin saapuvia turisteja. Pihamme on myös suosittu cocktail-tilaisuuksien pitopaikka. Raatihuoneen Kellari on perheyritys ja toiminut samalla paikalla jo 90-luvulta saakka.
Raatihuoneen välittömässä läheisyydessä sijaitsevat mm. kaupungintalo, Kirjurinluodon viheralueet, Eteläranta sekä Porin Teatterin ja Rakastajat Teatterin näyttämöt. Kirjurinluodon Jazzpuistoon on kävelysiltaa pitkin vain lyhyt matka. Ravintolaan käydään sisäpihan kautta, käynti pihalle on Hallituskadulta.
Ravintola tarjoaa tilat 110:lle hengelle, pääsalissa on paikkoja 55, Kannu-salissa 30 ja Prikka-salissa 25. Yläkerrassa sijaitsevat juhlakabinetit ovat 12:sta ja 25:lle hengelle.

Our passion is to prepare consistent and good quality food with high standars and high quality ingredients. Fish, meat and game are always extensively represented in our à la carte menu.
“The demand for fish has been growing steadily in recent years, and we have aimed to meet this demand by increasing the supply of domestic and locally sourced fish on our menu.”
By order-in-demand we also prepare different seasonal and festive menus by the customers’ request.
Background
Restaurant Raatihuoneen Kellari is situated in the midst of the historic old centre of Pori; `Kivi-Pori`. The restaurant was built in 1841 and was designed by C.L. Engel and is famous for its brick arches and atmospheric interior.
Raatihuoneen Kellari is a family-owned company and has been operating at the same location from the early 1990s.
During the summertime, we also serve our customers on the idyllic patio and during the busiest summer weeks we expand our patios to accommodate the vast amount of tourists. These weeks are known as the `Suomi Areena` week that promotes the opportunity for every Finn to participate in the debate on social, economic and political issues, and the traditional `Pori Jazz´ week. During these weeks our patios are also very popular in hosting various cocktail receptions.
The City Hall, Kirjurinluoto Park, Eteläranta and both the Pori theatre and the Rakastajat theatre are all situated very close to the restaurant. There is only a short walk across the river (via a pedestrian bridge called Taavinsilta, which is only accessible during the summertime) to the Kirjurinluoto concert area. You can access the restaurant from inside the courtyard, via Hallituskatu.
The restaurant can accommodate 110 people; in the main dining room there are 55 seats, in the ´Kannu´ room 30 seats and in the ´Prikka´ room 25 seats. The gala cabinets upstairs can accommodate 12 and 25 people.
